Formation of Wholly Owned Overseas Subsidiary Viz. Mercator Offshore Ltd.
This is further to Update informing about Company's foray into offshore business by placing order for construction of a premium Jack up Rig.
The Company has floated a wholly owned overseas subsidiary by name "MERCATOR OFFSHORE LTD." in Singapore. Further, the Company has decided to assign its contract of construction of Rig to the said subsidiary company.
