Intimation of Vessel Acquisition
This is to inform you that the company has taken delivery of one new built Handymax bulk carrier of 56,023 DWT.
With this, the number of fleet owned by the company has increased to 12 vessels having total tonnage capacity of 12,69,335 DWT. The company has now one pending
delivery of second hand panamax bulk carrier of about 69,000 DWT.
