Intimation of Vessel Acquisition and Award by Business Standard
We are pleased to inform you that our Company has been awarded "the Star Company for the SME Sector" award by Business Standard. We enclose herewith a copy of Press Article appeared in Business Standard dated 11th February 2005 for your information and record purpose.
Further we have to inform you that the Company has signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the Acquisition of new built Handymax Bulk Carrier of about 56,000 DWT. The vessel is expected to join the fleet of the Company in the monthe of August 2005.
