"The Company has issued following debt instruments on private placement basis in a dematerialized form:

  1. 30,00,000-10.00% Secured Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 100/- each aggregating Rs. 30 crores - Series V,(ISIN INE 934B7041- O/S Face value Rs. 10/- each)
  2. 1800-(outstanding 900)7.5% Secured Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating Rs. 180 crores - Series VII-A, (ISIN INE 934B 07066- O/S Face value Rs. 6,25,000/- each)
  3. 450-(outstanding 50)7.5% Secured Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating Rs. 45 crores - Series VII-B, (ISIN INE 934B 07074- O/S Face value Rs. 7,50,000/- each); and
The Company has also issued 1.50%-Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) (Maturity 2010) aggregating USD 60 millions. These FCCBs are listed on Singapore Stock Exchange. Out of these; FCCBs of aggregate amount of USD 53 mn have been converted into shares and outstanding amount of FCCBs is USD 7 mn."
