Outcome of the Board meeting dated 30th December, 2004 :
This is to inform you that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Comapny held today following matters have been held unanimously.
- Record Date as on 1st January, 2005 for Sub-Division of the Facevalue of the Shares of the Company of Rs 10/- each to Rs 1/- each; and
- Appointment of Mr Shailabh Mittal as an Additional Director of the Company.
