Intimation of Board Meeting to be held on 15th February 2005:
This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, the 15th February, 2005 at 4.30 p.m. at it's registered office; interalia, to consider and approve:
1) Issue of FCCB/GDR aggregating to amount not exceeding USD 60 millions.
2) Setting-up/acquiring overseas subsidiary.
3) Increase in the limit of investment by FIIs upto 49% of the paid-up equity share capital, and
4) Appointment of Mr. Shalabh Mittal as Wholetime Director of the Company.
